Direct-to-Garment Printing

High-Definition DTG Printing for Detailed Artwork.

DTG is a strong option for multi-color artwork, gradients, photo-style graphics and development runs where screen setup would be inefficient. We match the print system to the garment, fabric and artwork before bulk production.

Sampling is used to confirm detail, color, hand feel and wash performance on the actual garment.

Why Use DTG

Detail First. Flexible Development. Soft Surface.

DTG works best when the artwork carries more visual information than a conventional spot-color print and the project benefits from fast sampling or multiple artwork variations.

Fine Artwork & Gradients

Useful for illustrations, tonal transitions and photo-style graphics with many colors.

02 / Hand Feel

Soft, Integrated Surface

Ink sits within the fabric character rather than creating an unnecessarily heavy surface.

Efficient for Small Runs

Well suited to samples, artwork testing, multiple colorways and lower-volume development.

More Artwork Freedom

Change graphics and color combinations without rebuilding multiple physical screens.

Production Workflow

From Digital File to Finished Garment.

The result depends on more than the printer itself. Artwork setup, pretreatment, garment positioning, curing and inspection are all part of the final print standard.

Before Bulk

Fabric and Pretreatment Control the Result.

DTG performance changes with fiber content, surface texture, garment color and pretreatment. The approved sample should be produced on the actual garment specification rather than a generic blank.

Best Fit for DTG

Complex Artwork. Cotton-Rich Fabrics. Flexible Sampling.

DTG is especially useful when design complexity, many colors or smaller development quantities matter more than the economics of high-volume repeat screen printing.
