Strong 3D Raised Effect
Create a clear tactile difference between the base fabric and the printed graphic.
Puff print adds physical depth to lettering, symbols and selected graphic areas. The effect depends on ink build, fabric surface and curing control, so the approved sample should be developed on the actual T-shirt specification before bulk.
Sampling confirms the final height, edge definition, texture and hand feel before production.
Puff works best when the design is simplified enough to let the raised surface do the visual work. We use it selectively so the garment still feels premium rather than overloaded.

Create a clear tactile difference between the base fabric and the printed graphic.

Raised print can be used as a single-color statement or combined with controlled color contrast.

Correct expansion and cure balance are used to avoid a brittle or overly heavy surface.

Fabric weight, stretch and finish are checked before the print standard is approved.
Puff print is sensitive to line width, ink deposit and curing. The production sequence is controlled so the final expansion remains repeatable across the order.

Simplify lines and negative space so the raised effect can expand cleanly.

Mesh, stencil and print setup are matched to the desired build.

Coverage is controlled to keep edges and surface thickness consistent.

Time and temperature activate the raised effect and stabilize the surface.

Expansion, placement, texture and print consistency are reviewed.

The approved reference is retained for repeat production and QC.
Puff print does not behave the same on every garment. The approved result depends on the base fabric, print area, line thickness, ink deposit and curing conditions working together.
Puff is most effective when used intentionally on strong letterforms, symbols or selected graphic zones instead of covering every detail of the artwork.
